Society Of The Insignificant Sign

A highly cryptic and humorous painted wooden sign. Possibly fraternal organization in origin, the sign is unlike any we have seen. This may have been an academic organization as the ironic phrasing is atypical of language used in the signs and devices of national fraternal groups.
